Tsubaki Healing Acid Perm is a sub acid perm formula with no added alkalis such as ammonia or ethanolamine. It can produce various waves without further damaging the hair already damaged by various excessive chemical treatments.
Additionally, the use of a sodium bromate neutralizer, which acts mildly on the hair to lessen the negative effects of the perm process, while ingredients like tsubaki(camellia) oil, keratin protein and collagen protein, protect and repair hair gives elasticity to curls.
